Cloud Innovation Council: Capital Markets, Banking, and Insurance

The inaugural Cloud Innovation Council: Capital Markets2010 took place from February 28th - March 2nd in Palm Beach, Florida. In May, executives attended the Cloud Innovation Council: Banking 2010 followed in August by the Cloud Innovation Council: Insurance 2010, completing our first trip through the major financial market segments and assembling an unparalleled network of cloud executives in financial services.

Council Members in attendance represented leaders in investment banking, sales, trading, asset management, and custody, P&C, and personal lines, and held varied roles from CIO to audit to infrastructure to application architecture. And everyone came to talk Cloud. An invitation-only group of Council Members and Sponsors kicked off a year-long process of information sharing that will help shape how services are brought to market in the industry. Followed by the Cloud Innovation Council: Capital Markets 2011, and the Cloud Innovation Council: Banking Leaders, the work of the council has grown and has included more Council Members and Council Sponsors.
